Due to the fact that I failed to post a recap last month (I was a little too busy having a vacation) I am now stuck with having too much to write about. I have considered just writing about one subject this month and saving the others for later, but knowing myself I will have another (more up-to-date) subject to write about next month and the other subjects will never be addressed here again.
So I’ve decided to write a collection of tiny columns this month. Because I simply have a lot to say. Click through to read them all.
When we were in Washington State, one of the things I was really looking forward to was visiting the city of Seattle. After spending a few days in a row surrounded by nature, I found the thought of a city, more people and flushable toilets a very welcoming thought. Click through see what Seattle was like through my eyes.
If you have missed my U.S.A llama invasion, then either you’re not follwing me on instagram, or you have been in hibernation. Because this llama invasion simply could not be missed. My little paper tourist llama has come everywhere with me on this roadtrip and had an awesome time posing. Click through to see all the places my llama has been!
After a relaxing, laid-back kinda weekend I’m totally ready for a new week of work-related adventures. How about you? I’m preparing for lots of blogging about our roadtrip, meetings about new projects and designing some upcoming new products. So without further ado, let’s get started with your weekly dose of inspiration.
The day before yesterday I showed you part one of our Washington State adventure. Today it’s time for part two! Click through to see foggy beaches, awesome wildlife and some very pretty lighthouses!
Now that we’re over the first shock of His Majesty passing away, I think it’s about time to start sharing some pics and stories about our vacation. Click through to see some pics and read stories about our time in Washington State!
I can’t believe I’ve been ‘back to normal’ for a week already! It’s strange that, once you’re back to your routine, it seems like you’ve never even left. Ha! Kidding, right?! Memories of our roadtrip keep popping in my head all the time. But hey, I promised business as usual (well, sort of, although I’ll be sharing lots of roadtrip-memories here) on this blog, so here’s your usual roundup of inspiration to start your week with.
I had planned to publish a first post with a bunch of pictures of your roadtrip today. But then something happened. Ever since we got back from the U.S we’ve been VERY much looking forward to picking up our little turtles from the reptile hotel. However, when we arrived there this wednesday, we were told that one of our little babies had died during our vacation…
I first saw this Dr. Seuss quote after the lovely Judith from Velvetine made a trip to the U.S. earlier this year. She posted it after she was back. I thought it was such a wonderful quote and I simply can’t find other words to describe how I feel right now, so I thought I’d use it too. Click through to find photo’s of my favourite moments of our roadtrip!
Home sweet home! Okay, I’m not gonna lie; Home bittersweet home. Because as much as I love coming home from a vacation, the fact that it’s really over hasn’t properly settled in yet. But I’m planning on taking my time to unpack and unravel, and I have LOTS of after-vacation-posts in store, so I guess I can spend some more time in the afterglow. For now, let’s start this week with some proper inspiration!
