Since we’re in the Halloween-mood on the blog this week, I thought this month’s recap ought to be about scary things. Because boy oh boy, have I got some scary things going on in my life. Although it might seem like I’ve got everything figured out, it’s not always like that. Because my life (and maybe that of every entrepreneur) is rather turbulent. And since I’m a natural at worrying: this entrepreneur’s life is not always good for my stress-level. So let me be plain with you about some of my fears. Click through to read all about them.
If I promise you a Halloween-themed week here on this blog, lots of Halloween is what you get. In proper end-of-october fashion, here’s all the last minute-Halloween-things you need. Yes, you need them. You know you do.
I’m still getting used to the idea of being called a V.I.P. (I don’t consider myself that important), but last saturday, I was invited to a rather special Dutch Design Week event. Click through to find out what that was exactly!
Happy new week everyone! This week will be a rather special week on this blog, because it will be (partly) halloween-themed. Yay! I love halloween and I think it’s a thousand times better than our Dutch ‘carnaval’ tradition. During this holiday we dress up, but it’s really more about getting wasted than wearing a nice costume. Fail. Anyway, I want to start off this week with a halloween-themed Inspiration Monday, so here we go. Enjoy halloween you guys!
Although I’m sad to see summer go, I can also really look forward to fall and winter. It’s starting to get colder, the days are getting darker and so it’s time to make your house the warmest home you possibly can.
And as a bonus: the holiday season is coming up! Boy, do I love the holiday season! And that means the time has come to start thinking the perfect gifts for your loved ones. Which is why I decided to continue last year’s ‘Treasury Thursday’ series here. Read on to find out what that means.
Although I’ve been keeping you more than up to date (photo-wise) of our US-roadtrip adventures, a lot has happened since. We’ve been back for about two months now and since then it’s been all work and very little play. But that’s okay, because a lot of great things have been happening these past weeks! Click through to see what I’ve been up to.
Can you believe October is halfway over already?! I surely can’t. It’ll be christmas before we know it. Time really flies when you’re having fun. Anyway, I’m looking forward to a very exciting week, because this week it’s Dutch Design Week here in The Netherlands. I’m preparing for an inspiration overdose and good times with friends and fellow-designers. I hope your week will be just as good as mine, but with an Inspiration Monday like this the odds are good if you ask me. Enjoy!
A few weeks ago, the lovely Evelien (a.k.a. Miss Fotografille) invited me to fill in this nostalgia tag. Now if there’s one thing I like very much, it’s dwelling over my youth years and thinking of how everything was more awesome back then. So click through, sit back and read about my kid and teenage obsessions!
I can’t believe I’m actually saying this, but with last week’s post about the Neon Museum, my blogpost-series about our USA-roadtrip has come to an end. Almost. Because during our trip, I also took a lot of pictures that didn’t properly fit into the posts I’ve written before. But I just couldn’t not share them with you. So here are some random roadtrip shots. And here’s to the best roadtrip ever, which will always be one of my favourite memories. Click through for all pictures.
Happy new week everyone! I hope your weekend was as good as mine was and I sure do hope it has gotten you ready for yet another busy week. Can you believe October is basically halfway over already?! In proper monday fashion, it is time to get your week started with some awesome inspiration.
